Ben Spalding founded CISS Ltd. in 1996, after years of building custom software solutions. CISS is a privately held company.
We have been developing inventory solutions and software since 1996. Our team keeps adapting to new technologies and the way online sellers work. We serve a wide range of clients in e-commerce, 3PL, B2C, B2B, retail, and DTC brands.
Our IT branch, Lehigh Valley IT Support, services the Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton Region and surrounding areas. Working with the Lehigh Business Partner Network, A network designed to provide companies with a full range of business support services.

- How is Inventory Pro Licensed?
- Concurrent User licensing - the number of users that can be active at one time. Cloud-based with monthly or annual billing.
- Can I connect Inventory Pro to my online stores?
- Yes. Inventory Pro syncs with WooCommerce natively and connects to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce, and other platforms via our REST API.
- Do I need to install something?
- No. Inventory Pro runs in your web browser - there is nothing to install. Some integrations or label printing may need a small local service.
- How is Inventory Pro Invoiced / Billed?
- Annual or monthly billing cycles. No long-term contracts required.
- How do backups of Inventory Pro work?
- We run regular backups to multiple endpoints, covering your database, application, and any uploaded files. Your data is always recoverable.
- Is my device supported by Inventory Pro Mobile?
- Almost any device still receiving updates will work with Inventory Pro Mobile. Generally, all devices released in the last 3 years will work without problems. Further back there may be exceptions and we advise our clients to review devices with their intended functionality before making large purchases.
- Is my web browser Supported?
- We recommend Chrome or Firefox. Edge and Webkit-based browsers are also compatible.
- How is a Warehouse Setup?
- In Inventory Pro we offer multiple warehousing, warehouse zones, and warehouse locations in order to allow either fine or broad organization based on your needs. See our documentation for more information.
- Can I set multiple Prices for an Item?
- Yes, we support multiple price levels for purchasing and sales, plus a supplier catalog to track pricing from multiple vendors with import methods to keep data accurate.
- Can an Item have multiple Names or References?
- Our Item Aliases, Engineering Part Numbers and Supplier Catalogs allow additional references to a given Item.
- Do you have a report for XYZ?
- Generally, yes. We have over 260 reports in the base system and can create custom reports to fit your needs.
